MARS (Modern Age Rehabilitation Specialist) is committed to providing opportunities for our nation’s most vulnerable: parolees, the unhoused, out-of-work veterans, and any other person who needs another chance at fitting into society.
We offer a range of classes based on high-demand trades for students to reclaim their independence and become more than their circumstances. Our classes aim to assist in the training, overall well-being, and quality of life for our participants.
Plan Of Operations
Begin rehabilitation with our 4-step plan
1. Clean Up
Participants will receive a haircut and shave, as well as new work clothes and safety equipment suitable for their work environment.
2. Begin Classes
Students are placed in a safe environment with a 4-hour workday: One hour of bookwork and three hours of hands-on training. Classes start at 8am and end at noon from Monday to Friday (Holidays excluded)
3. Graduate
At the end of 12-week program, participants will have a solid grasp of their job training, skills, and goals and be prepared for job placement.
4. Job Placement
MARS will offer placement assistance with contractors, shops, and other businesses to students who have successfully completed the program
