Our Classes
Classes are held every week, Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 12PM for 12 weeks.

Custom Kitchen Remodeling
Every year, 10 million kitchens are remodeled. That’s about 1 in 10 homes receiving some type of work in their kitchen every year. Students can take part in this stable industry by learning:
- Full/Partial kitchen demolition
- Cabinetry removal and installation, including hardware
- Recessed, wall-mounted, or Pentium lighting system installation
- Travertine, ceramic, granite, marble, or slate flooring systems (including diagonal installation)
- Malibu, Santa Barbara, Cat Eye, Smooth, and Textured wall texturing
- Painting
- Granite or quartzite countertop fabrication and installation with full/partial backsplash
With so many remodels happening annually, students will have a reliable working environment upon course completion.
Custom Bath Remodeling
14 million bathrooms are remodeled each year, and 2.3 million bathrooms are needed in new homes built per year. Students can find a place in this market with:
- Full/Partial demolition bathroom
- Bathtub and shower fixture removal
- Shower door assembly
- Bathroom floor and wall tile removal
- Vapor barrier installation
- Shower, sink, and shower fixture installation
- Granite or marble countertop installation (with under or over-mounted sinks)
- Shower floor installation with bench seating
- Custom lighting
With a 3% increase in the bath remodeling market, students will enter into a lucrative working environment.
Custom Auto Body Work
From dent repair to custom auto body work, students will learn the ins and outs of working on vehicles, including:
- Dent repair
- Partial paint jobs
- Full paint jobs (using single stage and base coat/clear coat applications)
- Custom paint jobs, including candy and pearl paint jobs
- Rust removal and replacement
- Cut and buffed clear coats
With the car body shop industry consistently growing at above 4% over the past five years, students can expect consistent employment when finishing at MARS.
Custom Automotive Detailing
With 92% of households in America owning a car, and lives getting busier than ever, students will learn valuable detailing skills like:
- Clay bar washing of car exterior
- Two bucket washing method
- Interior carpet, headliner, and seat cleaning
- Brake dust removal
- Vinegar window cleaning
- Dashboard dusting and micro debris removal
The car detailing and maintenance industry is expected to pass $20 billion this year, so students will enter a rapidly growing sector.
Materials and Tools
Any work you choose for our students to partake in will require the client to purchase materials. Assistance is available through MARS for vendors and deliveries.
Class Rules and Expectations
MARS is a learning facility, first and foremost. By enrolling in classes, you are expected to follow basic rules for the duration of your time here:
- Students remain alert when in our classes.
- No sleeping when in classes. Coffee is available on-site for those who need help.
- No talking while lessons are being taught.
- No roughhousing.
Along with other basic rules for decency, any student found in violation of these rules will be asked to leave the class and marked as absent.
Attendance
MARS attendance is simple. Classes are Monday through Friday, 4 hours a day. We assume each participant has a cell phone on their person at all times.
If, for any reason, you are going to be late or absent from a class, you must notify your instructor along with the reason for absence or tardiness.
Students who miss more than five classes within the 90-day course will be dismissed from the program.
